Artistic director of BaseRoots Theatre.

APPEARANCES
LaMama in New York, Centerstage in Baltimore, Vortex Repertory in Austin and Intiman, ACT, The Group, the Langston Hughes Cultural Center, A-Ha, the Empty Space and at the New Mercury Theatre in Seattle with such theatrical luminaries as Ping Chong, Julie Harris, Marion McClinton, James Marsters and Michael Rohd.

On the Portland stage Bobby has performed with Artists Repertory Theatre, El Teatro Milagro, Portland Center Stage, Cygnet Productions, Tygre’s Heart, the Jewish Theatre Collaborative, and Sojourn Theatre.

As a member of the NEA-funded international collaboration between Vietnam & ART, Bobby toured nationally with an award-winning bilingual production of A Midsummer Night's Dream in the role of Oberon.

Drammy Award for Outstanding Actor in a Lead role for The Brother/Sister Plays (Portland Playhouse). Drammy Award for Supporting Actor in A Raisin in the Sun (Artists Repertory Theatre), and for Ensemble in The Set-Up (Cygnet Productions).

Drammy Finalist Best Director for Wait Until Dark at Northwest Classical Theatre.

Critical acclaim for Blue Door at Profile Theatre.

Bobby's productions of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and The Sexual Neuroses of Our Parents with Theatre Vertigo garnered critics acclaim.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Bobby has done extensive work with youth, especially at-risk groups, having worked through the Actors-to-Go at Artists Repertory Theatre, Higher Stages with Tears of Joy, the Haven Project, Playwrites, Inc., Young Audiences, Portland Youth Builders, the Cordero House, including directing Frankenstein, the Martian Chronicles, and a work of his own called Village.

MANAGING DIRECTOR & NEW RENAISSANCE WOMAN
Jamie's served as Production, Stage & Company Manager; Marketing, Development & Technical Director; Office, Box Office, & House Manager, she's a singer, tap dancer, and award-winning actor. In myriad capacities she has worked for Portland Center Stage, ART, Portland Rep, El Teatro Milagro, Profile Theatre, Sojourn Theatre, Jewish Theatre Collaborative, BaseRoots, Theatre Vertigo, Cygnet, Classic Greek Theatre, and many others.

Manager and core company member with Jewish Theatre Collaborative.

Former Managing Director of the Re-Theatre Instrument.

Grand vizier for Baseroots Theatre, producing Rocket Man and My Soul Grown Deep.

PRODUCER & DIRECTOR
Producer for Jewish Theatre Collaborative. Since 2009, Jamie has been directly responsible for budget creation & production management over 9 seasons, as well serving on the marketing committee and supervising the front of the house.

Producer, director, and production manager for Circle Theatre Project, in collaboration with OAASIS, and the tour of Telling.

Co-produced and directed The Devil and Billy Markham for Action Talks and Songs for a New World for Staged!

Consulting Production Manager and Director for Enlightened Theatrics.
